Challenger Series ranges offer the widest oven in thebusiness—our 29” chef-size oven that’s an industry benchmark for consistently delicious results. The additional width means there’s more room for airflow around the product, providing consistent heat distributionand promoting more even and thorough cooking for a variety offoods from succulent roasts to perfectly donebaked goods. The Challenger Series offers a selection of widthsto bring maximum productivity to any operation—from a 23” range for top performance plus space-efficiency,to our giant 68” double-oven model forhigh-volume cooking. Oven choices to meet yourproduction demands include a 20,000 BTU/hr. 18”space-saver oven or our exclusive 30,000 BTU/hr.29” chef-size oven, both with thermostats that adjust from 250°F to 500°F. Or you can choose the optional 18” or 29” 30,000 BTU/hr. convectionoven for gentle convection cooking with built-inenergy savings.

Our exclusive 29" chef-size ovenprovides better heat distribution thanstandard 26" ovens—for consistent cooking and the tastiest results. Heat distribution is also enhanced on both 18” and 29” ovens by Challenger’s unique sidewall design, which features raceways that create natural convection along the oven walls. The Challenger Seriesalso includes an oven-base Charbroiler with 29" oven. The 36" top features six 5-1/4" wide grates with 14,500 BTU/hr. burner and individual manual control valve per grate.
