Zana-line consists of vertical rectangular steel precision tubes of 45 x 20 mm (centre between the tubes 40 mm) and 2 horizontal round steel rear collectors measuring Ø 35 x 2 mm. Zana-line is available with a single or a double row of tubes. Zana-line is available in high version (up to 3000 mm high) and in low version (up to 700 mm). Type ZV-2 is standard delivered with wall brackets, but is also available as free-standing radiator. Type ZV is standard delivered with universal connection 1MM8. These types are in option available with the new designer valve set with luxury thermostatic head. There are also luxury accessories available for the Zana-radiators, e.g. towel rail.
The Zana-line is electrically welded by robots. As a result, the weld seams are invisible. The standard tube thickness is 1.20 mm with a service pressure of 4 bar (test pressure 6 bar). The maximum operating temperature is 110°C. THERMIC-radiators are, like in modern automobile industry, degreased, phosphated, primed using electrophoresis (KTL-bath) and then dried at 200°C. Finally, THERMIC-radiators are painted by means of an electrostatic powder coating with epoxy polyester and enamelled at 230°C.
