H table

Per la realizzazione dell’H TABLE lo sguardo dell’architet- to Filippo Ghezzani si è soffermato sulle travi, elementi di sostegno architettonico visibili in un ambiente in fase di ristrutturazione, reinventandole in inconsueti e solidi elementi finalizzati alla creazione di un oggetto di uso quotidiano.Le due travi in legno laccato, che sostengono la lastra di vetro extra white, sono ispirate al tipo ipe. La parti- colarità di queste travi è di rappresentare in sezione la lettera H.In un equilibrio di contrasti e superfici, la solida robu-stezza delle travi si incontra con la purezza di un vetro pregiato dando vita ad un gioco di luci e trasparenze che, senza rinunciare al rigore geometrico, raggiunge una squisita armonia formale. For the creation of the H TABLE the architect Filippo Ghezzani focused on the beams - architectural ele- ments that serve as support and which are visible during the renovation phase - transforming them in unusual and solid elements aimed to the creation of an object useful in our everyday life. The two lacquered wood beams, which support the extra-white glass layer, are inspired by the IPE kind. The special feature of these beams is the representation of the H letter.In equilibrium made of contrasts and surfaces, the solid strength of the beams encounters the purity of an pre- cious glass creating a game of lights and transparenc- es that, without renouncing to the geometric severity, gains a delicious formal harmony.
