This double-skin impact-resistant product (up to C4) is available in two thicknesses. Its open joints provide better ventilation and thermal insulation for the facade. Architecturally, the verticals are emphasized by the sections slightly protruding. The Maestral® can also be combined with Acoustic Rustic shingle (for acoustic applications). It is available with three surfaces and in six colours. | | | | | | | | | | The Maestral®is an external wall-cladding system, based on double-wall terracotta garden panels, mechanically fixed without interlocking by means of metallic clips (stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 (1.4301) fasteners) using two possible methods: • either fixed onto the concrete or masonry wall, by means of a special mounting structure (non-insulated cladding) (see dagams 3 and 5). • or fixed onto a wall by the intermediary of a special wood or metal mounting structure standing off the wall to permit the construction of a cladding with integrated thermal insulation (insulated cladding) (see diagrams 4 and 6). This system is regulated by Technical Approval (CS1E) N2/02-920 for Maestral®7 cm and N2/03-1038 for Maestral®4 cm. Maestral®can also be installed vertically according to description made in Technical Approval. | | | | | | | | | | | | | PROPERTIES | | | | | | | | | | • Maestral® Maestral®Terracotta panels meet the specifications of NFP 13.304 and EN ISO5392 Method C standards. The manufacturing of these building bricks is supervised by the Scientific and Technical Centre for Building Industry (CSTB) within the context of approval of the product according to Technical Approval. This frost resistant product resists well to both soft and hard shocks (until C4 classification depending the product and according to AFNOR NFP08.301 and NFP 08.302 standards), which allows them to be used in the most exposed areas of the ground floors of buildings. Furthermore, the ease with which a brick can be replaced enables bricks to be changed anywhere on the facade without any particular complications. Its qualities concerning the effect of pressure/ depression due to wind (>1120 Fa) enable it to obtain safety coefficients sufficient for use without restriction on buildings which height is superior to 45 m. * The quantities were established for a horizontal joint between the panels of 1 cm for a vertical joint between the panels 2 cm (including the Tsection), and for a horizontal joint between angle Maestral of 0,5 cm. The units indicate the surface area and the linear dimensions for the facades including the joints. Identical values whatever the finsh: smooth, sanded, ridged * 1520 is the maximal length of the product For other lengths, please contact us Ask Terreal for other models of sections (included angle sections) | | | | | | Diagram 1 | | | | | | NUMEBR OF CLPS — | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Product | Dimensions (mm) H x L x th x R | Product Code | Quantity of products | U. weight (kg) | Weight per m (kg) | Module (mm | Standard right (id for left) (1) | Angle right / left | | | | Standard* Maestral | 200 x1400 x 70 | BAR01 | 3,3/m2 | 22 | 74 | 210 x 1420 to 1430 | 3,3/m2 | - | | | | 300 x1400 x 70 | BAR02 | 2,3/m2 | 33 | 75 | 310 x 1420 to 1430 | 2,3/m2 | - | | | | 200 x1520 x 40 | MAE03 | 3,1/m2 | 19,8 | 61 | 210 x 1540 to 1550 | 3,1/m2 | - | | | | 300 x1520 x 40 | MAE01 | 2,1/m2 | 29 | 61 | 310 x 1540 to 1550 | 2,1/m2 | - | | | | 410 x1520 x 40 | MAE02 | 1,6/m2 | 38 | 61 | 420 x 1540 to 1550 | 1,6/m2 | - | | | | Angle Maestral | 205 x 170 x 70 x 170 | BARA11 | 4,8/lm | 4,4 | 21/lm | 210 | - | 9,6/lm | | | | 305 x 170 x 70 x 170 | BARA12 | 3,3/lm | 6,6 | 22/lm | 310 | - | 6,6/lm | | | | 925 x 170 x 70 x 170 | BARA13 | 1,1/lm | 20 | 22/lm | 930 | - | 2,2/lm | | | | 925 x 170 x 40 x 170 | MAEA11 | 1,1/lm | 17 | 18,7/lm | 930 | - | 2,2/lm | | | | 1255 x170 x 40x 170 | MAEA12 | 0,8/lm | 23 | 18,4/lm | 1260 | - | 1,6/lm | | | | Section M 7 direct intallation | 140 x 3000 x 106 | BAR30 | 0,7lm/m2 | 1,43 | 1,45 | 1420 to 1430 | - | - | | | | Section M 7 cladding | 83 x 3000 x 145 | BAR40 | 0,7lm/m2 | 1,40 | 1,42 | 1420 to 1430 | - | - | | | | Section M 4 direct intallation | 144 x 3000 x 76 | M04P1 | 0,65lm/nf | 5,76 | 1,27 | 1540 to 1550 | - | - | | | | Section M 4 cladding | 83 x 3000 x 115 | M04F3 | 0,65lm/nf | 5,31 | 1,17 | 1540 to 1550 | - | - | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | 89 | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
