INSTALLATION GUIDE ZEPHIR
® Use a laser or spirit level to draw thehorizontal line used as a start refer-
ence for installing profiles. The start-
ing point is determined according to
the installation grid.Mark out the area chosen for theprofiles, then strike the brackets to
drill the holes where the plugs will
be inserted (bracket spacing to be
calculated).Adjust the verticality of the profiles. The brackets are in a quincunx layoutaccording to the section drawing.Position, adjust the line strikes at theends of the wall and fit the profiles
onto the brackets.Intermediate profiles verticality isadjusted last. Fix the rails to the profiles according
to their gauge (theoretically: 350
mm). A mounting template should be
used.Position the Zephir® on the horizon-tal rails after inserting 2 spots of
Sikaflex pro 11 FC Mastic in the
groove on the lower edge of the
