DEALING WITH IRREGULAR POINTS
• Exterior thermal insulation
When hanging on a frame with interposition of insulation, a minimum of 2 cm must be preserved for free air circulation between insulation and the back side of the product in order to comply with the regulations for walls type XIII.
• Base detail: start
At the starting point, a flashing protecting the insulation material and allowing for air ventilation must be fixed at the underside of the wall-cladding holding structure. It is preferable to start with a full-sized Zephir® however, depending on the layout plan, it is possible to start with a cut Zephir®(see diagrams 4 and 5).
• Wall top detail: end
At the top of the work, the Zephir®system must be protected using a waterproof flashing overlapping the panel. The top panel can be full-sized or cut depending on the chosen layout. The Zephir®will be installed on the rail using the middle lip if the panel is cut (see diagrams 6 and 7)
