Sound absorbing terracotta wall covering composed of large dimension bricks. Acoustic Architectural shingles have a perforated face with approx 17% perforation. The cavities have a perforated face with high density rockwool. Acoustic Shingles are fixed to a supporting grid structure using X5CrNi 18-10 stainless steel clips. (see diagram 1). PROPERTI ES • Acoustic Shingle Acoustic Shingle meet the following specifications: > NF P 13.304 standards: moisture expansion and water absorption. > Dimensional and surface features are described in the specifications dated 1994-07-13 - 199510-30 - 1996-02-28 and 1996-03-01. > Excellent wind resistance. > Frost resistance. > Shock and impact resistant (C3 according to NF P 08.301). > Easy to replace > Fixing system according to Technical Approval n° 2/02-920. • Fixing fasteners Designed for the fixing of standard Acoustic Shingle, the clip fasteners are made of X5Q1N 18-10 stainless steel and remain unchanged over time. The clip fasteners are equipped with closed cell foam wedges which prevent movement and absorb shocks to the walls during fixing. This foam wedge also plays the part of an anti-vibration acoustic shock absorber. These products are subjected to tests reports done by the CSTB and VERITAS (seediagram 1). • Sections Extruded aluminium sections in aluminium alloy AGS6060 T5 with minimum thickness of 25/10e mm. |
