Fhoniceram®and Fhoniceram®dB are cut easily with a water cooled diamond disk circular saw. For vertical cuts (relative to positioning) the tile can be cut down to 12 cm minimum. For horizontal cuts, the part that is cut must keep the upper lip which is necessary for fixation ofthe product. Bracing is then made by the lower part of the tile wedged against the rail; this bracing is finished with a linear mortar sealant, Skaflex Fro 11 FC.
It is preferable to ensure that the cut design tiles are in lower part of the structure. In addition, we advise to combine Fhoniceram®and Zephir ®to limit the cuts of acoustic products.
