Text version of the page

The Teknofloor® contemporary structures, the load-bearing elements of the raised floor made from galvanised sheet metal with upper gaskets in plastic, sound- deadening, air-tight and dust-proof material make it possible to create elevations from a minimum of 8 cm to over 100 cm. Composed of adjustable vertical supports (base and head) and horizontal connecting or weight bearing stringers to ensure greater stability and electric conductivity, they are modular and are available in various forms offering varied performance, guaranteeing maximum functionality and adaptability to every type of environment.

Structures

• Stringers: absent. • Head: • Adjustment system: square-shaped 80x80 mm and 2.5 mm thick, this is cold-formed and predisposed with a socket to receive the gasket for the head. At the centre of the head the screw + nut group allows variation of the height of the entire structure using the micrometric, anti-back-off mechanism so as to achieve the final height.

CTA

Structure composed of Base resting on the slab floor and Head which the architectural panel rests on. • Base: round, 93 mm in diameter and 1.5 mm thick, specially reinforced with strengthening ribs to give it structural rigidity and predisposed with holes for attachment to the slab floor. The base is moulded for attachment to a shaft measuring 20x2 mm of variable height, pressure-fixed to the base by means of press- fitting of the shaft itself.
