Teknipaint
Using your Own Material (COM)
If you require a custom paint color match you must submit a TekniPaint form.
If you wish to use your own material on fabric-covered products, you must submit a completed TekniPlate form including a sample upholstery and safety testing.
A COM Order Information Sheet must also be submitted. This form captures all relevant ordering and tracking information.
A COM Request for Yardage Calculation form may be sent to Teknion for preliminary yardage requirements.
If you require that certain pieces share the same building locks provide your key requirements on a key chart which can be printed from our website.
Summarize any coordinating groupings on to a Tag worksheet. There are spaces on the form to describe all common features and finish options for specific tag areas or an entire order. A tag areas can be as small as a worksurface and as big as big an entire floor.
Complete an Order Cover Sheet with the information we need to fill your order. This is the most important step. If the Order Cover Sheet is not complete and correct, the order may be delayed.
