fascias
fascia basics
Fascia's complete the elevations of the panel walls, and are available with a variety of finishes.
Single
Upper Fascia
Window Single Glazed (UNEWS) and Double Glazed (UNEWD)
• Glazed fascias insert into the top segment of a District Panel Wall and always begin at worksurface height
• Cannot be applied to lower panel wall segment
• On-Module capability only
• Available to 60" width only to fit within the width restriction of a single frame (all garden panels wider than 60" are made up of two frames)
Upper Fascias-Solid (UNEU), Tackable Architectural fabric (UNEUT) and Whiteboard (UNEUW)
• Upper fascias are available in solid, whiteboard or tackable and begin at 29" heights
• See Finishes section for finish options
• An integral accessory rail at 36" high can be specified as an option on the solid and fabric options
• Tackable fabric Fascias are tackable only on upper portion above accessory rail

Whiteboard

Power/Communications Fascia (UNEC) (North American) and (UNEIC) (International)
• Provides below worksurface access to panel/communication
• Available for both North American and International applications (see electrical section for specific electrical outlets)
• North American electrics are available in 2 configurations;
(2) one duplex outlet plus VDM (4) two duplex outlets plus VDM (available on 36" wide or wider)
• International electrics are available in 3 configurations;
(2) cut-out for two electrical outlets
(3) cut-out for two electrical outlets and one data/communicational box (available for 36" widths or higher)
Base Fascia (UNEB)
• The bottom of a panel wall without power communication cut-outs is finished with a Base Fascia (UNEB)
• The base fascia always mounts below height of 29"
• Elevated panel walls require a 23" base fascia only
• 29" base fascias can be applied to flush walls where support connection is not required at the base
• When access to the flush panel base is required for support connection, both a 6" high and a 23" high base fascias are required
• Fabric or contemporary windows cannot be applied to base fascia

• (L) Left — not available on widths below
• (R) Right — not available on widths below
• (B) Both left and right — only available on 66" wide or wider for both one and two duplex options
• (C) Centered — only available on widths 36" and below for one duplex outlet and 36" wide for two duplex outlets
