If your order has to be delivered outside France, Italy or
Spain (mainland) we will give you an estimate of the delivery cost to deliver it to the location of your choice (by
sea, air or road). We can arrange delivery to any country. If the delivery is outside France we request a full payment

It is imperative that your check the number of packages delivered to you against the number on the delivery note.
Unpack the goods to check for possible damage during transportation. In the unlikely event of damage or a discrepancy in the number of items, mention it in writing
on the delivery note before signing it and confirm the
damages or problems to the shipping company by writing
within 48h of delivery by registered post. This precaution
will speed up the handling of any delivery problems and
allow us to resolve them with a minimum of inconvenience
