| The COOLER is a complete system for comfort cooling, for GOLD air handling units. The COOLER has an indirect cooling system, i.e. the refrigerant transfers cooling energy via a heat exchanger to a water system with coils. The great advantage with this system is that the cooling temperature will always be even, since the water reacts comparatively slowly to cooling energy and to heat. The COOLER is available in six sizes with cooling efficiency from 14 to 60 kW. On the basis of their cooling capacity, the six sizes are specially suited for use with the GOLD 08 — 60 air handling system. The condenser coil of size 14 and 18 COOLER units is built into the cooling unit. The whole cooling unit is designed for connection to the exhaust air duct connection of the air handling unit. Cooling coil must be installed in the supply air duct and be connected to the cooling unit via pipework installed at the building site. A stand, base beams and connection frames are available as accessories. The size 24, 34, 48 and 60 COOLER cooling units are detached units mounted on base beams. The cooling coil must be installed in the supply air duct and the cooling agent cooler is installed in the exhaust air duct. Cooling coil and cooling agent cooler must be connected via pipework to the cooling unit at the building site. The COOLER has a built-in control and regulation system which can be operated from the GOLD. |
