The rustic fans that save money!

Optimized energy efficiency

The motors and the frequency inverter of the fans are optimized for generating the best possible output while consuming the least amount of power possible. The new frequency modern inverters also have a high output factor. This means that lower rated fuses can be used.

Every Watt in gained output and every Ampere in lower fuse rating can be directly translated into money, since less electricity will be consumed and the costs of the installation will be lower.

Saves space

The GOLD Wing fans are compact. In the largest sizes, the GOLD has double fans for each airflow path instead of one large fan. As a result, the air handling unit itself takes up little space. The fact that sharp design duct bends can be connected directly to fan outlet and that smaller silencers can be fitted in the ducting — or in some cases even be left out — also saves valuable space.

Every square metre of less space needed for a fan room can be directly translated into money. The space saved can instead be rented out or used for other productive activity.

Low noise level

The contemporary design and aerodynamic characteristics of the fans enable uniquely low noise level, especially in the low frequencies. The latter is of extra importance, because noise in the low frequencies is most difficult noise to attenuate.

Every Decibel in lower noise level can be translated directly into money, since a silencer causes pressure drop and thus increases operating costs.

Minimal pressure losses

A 90-degree duct bend can be connected directly to the fan outlet without appreciable pressure loss.

Every Pascal in gained pressure can be translated directly into money, since the fans don't have to work so hard.

The IQnomic control system controls and regulates the fans, heat exchangers, temperatures, airflows and in-operation periods. Virtually every conceivable function for an air handling unit is integrated into the system and every one of them is ready to be activated.

Since the control equipment is incorporated into and developed for the GOLD, this ensures that the technology and mechanics will cooperate in full harmony with one another.

IQnomic means considerably lower costs as compared to the project design, procurement, programming, configuration and installation of conventional control components.

IQnomic also has several completely unique and cost-saving functions.

Communication built in as standard

Communication for TCP/IP, EIA 485 and EIA 232 is included as standard. The TBLZ communication unit is used for communication via LON and Trend.

The GOLD also has a built-in web server. You can communicate with the GOLD using an ordinary web browser (such as Internet Explorer) and a local network without any master systems at all.

Communication via the built-in web server does not cost one penny either in time, money or equipment, the only cost is for connecting the system to the network!
