Hardness
The hardness of SPEKVA solid wooden design worktops is determined by the American JANKA-method, where a steel-ball is pressed halfway into the wood surface. The force used for this purpose is called the JANKA hardness.
The higher the figure - the harder the wood.

Quality mark
Knotty pine is known for it's light brown golden colour with a distinct lively grain modern structure and fresh knots. In time, knotty pine becomes a darker golden colour.
At SPEKVA we are proud to have our name associated with our products. Look for our quality marked products at your nearest distributor.
