The process begins with micro-filtration of the water through our dual, 50-square- foot filters. Using a 24-hour circulation pump, operating at a minimal cost equal to that of a 100-watt light bulb, it filters 30 gallons of water per minute and achieves complete renewal of the water four-to-five times each hour.

This state-of-the-art system features Smart Start™ technology whichcombines an innovative electronic ballast with a high-output, energy- efficient Plasma Cell™ UV lamp. Using this solid-state electronic ballast eliminates the usual flickers, sputters and harmful electronic noise associated with the older, more conventional iron ballast ozonators and also allows you freedom from electronic control system lockups and needless circuit (GFCI) tripping. In addition, the highly efficient plasma cell within the unit generates consistently higher levels of ozone with one-third the energy consumption of conventional UV generators. These two groundbreaking technologies deliver unparalleled startup andozone production reliability. In fact, accelerated testing has shown that the Balboa™ ozone generator used on Vision Hot Tubs produced over 100,000 fail-proof starts with minimal depletion of ozone generation and output. With Vision and Balboa™, you’re assured the most exceptional spa experience on the market today and a hot tub that delivers the optimum clean with ozone! The water is then treated by our ozone purification system which utilizes an ultraviolet light to rid bacteria and other organics from the water. In addition, this system also features Smart Start™ technology using an electronic ballast which produces more ozone output than traditional ultraviolet systems. To ensure the utmost in clean, ozone treated water is introduced in the spa at three different points in the foot well of the spa.Water is then directed through our state-of-the-art heater tube, and bothentryand exit of the water are monitored by Smart Sensor™ technology. This innovative system allows us to warrant the heater for a full five years.
