We're not like most manufacturers. So here, we've included for you a copy of our Warranty. Since the production of our very first spa, we at Vision Hot Tubs have stood behind our quality construction - and we continue to do so to this day. | | | | | | SPA CREST, INC. warrants the fiberglass spa shell structure against water loss due to defects in materials and workmanship for twelve years from the date of purchase. SPA CREST, INC. warrants the interior surface of the spa against blisters, cracks or delaminations due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of purchase. SPA CREST, INC. warrants the equipment (including pumps, blower, heater and the control system) and the plumbing components (including jets, air injectors, air controls, glued fittings and plumbing) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Light bulbs and filter cartridges are not included, but are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser. SPA CREST, INC. warrants the exterior wood cabinet finish and headrest to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Plastic or composite cabinets will carry full warranty. Optional features covered by original manufacturer warranty. | | | | | | 12-Year Structure 7-Year Surface 5-Year Equipment and Plumbing | | | | | | | | | | As the best built spa line in the industry, Vision Hot Tubs take great pride in the total and complete quality of every hot tub we produce, and our warranty is just one more way to assure you that you're purchasing the absolute best. Unlike other manufacturers, with Vision Hot Tubs, our warranty is non-prorated so you can have total confidence that when we say "full 5-year,"that's truly, five full years of coverage. There's really no better way to say it than "seeing is believing,"and we invite you to take a look at our warranty to find out for yourself. | | Our warranty covers such components as: • Full 5-year parts and labor • Full 5-year "no leak"warranty • Full 12-year fiberglass structure warranty • Full 7-year acrylic surface warranty • Full 5-year Timberstone® warranty against fading and delamination • 5-year no-fault heater warranty | | | | | | | | | | | | | | EXTENT OF WARRANTY The Limited Warranty applies to all Vision Hot Tubs spas manufactured by SPA CREST, INC. and sold by authorized dealers within the United States and installed in the United States. This Limited Warranty applies to the first retail purchaser and terminates upon transfer of ownership. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty coverage. This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for the insulated cover or any item attached to, or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture (including ozone systems that carry original manufacturers warranties.) | | EXCLUSIONS The Limited Warranty is void if the VISION spa has been subjected to freeze damage or damage caused by improper water chemistry. This Limited Warranty is void if the VISION spa has been subject to alterations, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than a SPA CREST, INC. authorized service representative; or if failure is caused by accident, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of SPA CREST, INC. Alterations include plumbing changes, electrical conversion, or additions of alternative sanitation or heating systems that contribute to component or unit failure. Neglect, misuse and abuse includes any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than that outlined in the Owner's Manual or use for which the spa is not designed. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the spa at water temperature outside the range of 34 degrees F and 107 degrees F, damage caused by dirty, clogged or calcified filter cartridges, damage to the spa surface caused by improper use of chemicals, allowing undissolved spa sanitizing chemicals to contact the surface, damage caused by improper pH balance or other improper water chemistry. Damages caused by failure to provide even and sufficient support for the spa, are considered abuses and may void this Limited Warranty. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | WARRANTY PERFORMANCE In the event of a defect covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty, notify your authorized SPA CREST, INC. dealer. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. A SPA CREST, INC. representative will repair the spa subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. Within the warranty terms, there will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although you may be assessed reasonable travel charges for the service call. If SPA CREST, INC. determines that repairs are not feasible, we reserve the right to provide a replacement spa in lieu of repair. SPA CREST, INC. will replace with a spa of value equal to the original purchase. In the event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa and delivery and installation of the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the owner. SPA CREST, INC. reserves the right to an on-site inspection by its authorized service representative. | | | | | | | | | | Vision ^HOTTUBS™ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | DISCLAIMERS SPA CREST, INC., or any of its authorized agents shall not be held liable for injury or loss of use of your spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damage, which may include but are not limited to the removal of a permanent deck or other custom fixture. In no event shall SPA CREST, INC. be liable for any reason or cause, in excess of the amount paid for the product. No other warranties, expressed or implied are valid. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. LEGAL RIGHT:This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
