Light bulbs and filter cartridges are not included, but are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser.

NC . Alterations include plumbing changes, electrical conversions, or additions of alternative sanitation or heating systems that contribute to component or unit failure. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than the outlined in the owner’s manual or use for which the spa is not designed. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the spa at water temperature outside the range of 34° F. and 107° F, damage caused by dirty, clogged or calcified filter cartridges, damage to the spa surface caused by the improper use of chemicals, allowing undisolved spa sanitizing chemicals to contact the surface, damage caused by improper pH balance or other improper water chemistry. Damages caused by failure to provide even or sufficient support for the spa are considered abuses and may void this limited warranty. S

ERFORMANCE

In the event of a defect covered under the terms of this limited warranty, notify yourauthorized Spa Crest dealer. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. An authorized Spa Crest service tech will repair the spa subject to the terms and conditions contained in this limited warranty. Within the warranty terms, there will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although you may be assessed reasonable travel charges for the service call. If S
