Grazie alla modularità della struttura è possibile alloggiare tra i pannelli e il pavimento esistente, cavi elettrici e tubazioni di distribuzione con il vantaggio di intervenire velocemente in successive opere di manutenzione. La struttura portante è costituita da colonnine e traversi in acciaio zincato con rivestimento superiore in materiale plastico. Una volta montata la struttura portante in acciaio, è possibile alloggiare con una semplice operazione i pannelli, costituendo così la superficie di calpestio.
