| Personalization of forms Forms for the input of data can be personalized by the user using the Visual Basic programmable control elements. In this way, it is possible to verify the shape of the input fields of the form and to program their functioning in order to arrange requests to one's own needs. This feature allows both to personalize the form where data are inserted in order to arrange the tool to one's own way of data input, and to optimize the area of the screen in case the tool is run on Pen computer. Import/Export Alphanumeric and graphic data can be imported and exported from and to other information systems such as ArcView, Arclnfo, Maplnfo, AutoCAD Map, SICADD and others. Vectorial data can be imported and exported in DWC/DXF, Esri Shape, NTF formats. Sitio supports the most widespread raster image formats. Pen-Computer Toolbars can be personalized to quicken at most data insertion functions and they allow to assign to each button an insertion function on a specific theme. The graphic interface and the insertion forms can be modified in order to be displayed on Pen-Computer. All input controls have been extended and allow to insert data through a virtual keyboard appearing on screen. Sensors Sitio can be linked to total stations or to GPS receivers allowing to obtain the position of the point surveyed directly on screen. In this way, it is possible to create and manage the information system in real time directly on field. |
