SAS Corporate Brochure - 40 Pages

Though essentially a design and manufacturing business providing design and product services to specialist installation contractors, SAS have a dedicated project management division that will undertake complete projects through concept, design and installation.
A one stop design, cost and deliverable certainty.
On many of today's major construction projects where clients wish to have the comfort and benefit of all encompassing warranties, SAS are very pleased to take on this role.
In many cases we confer with the client and their design team on their preferred on-site installation process, locally seconded specialist contractor or personnel directly provided by the main contractor.
This approach is often preferred on major overseas projects where there is an ample and capable local skilled workforce and commercial constraints dictate the solution.
An occupants use of commercial buildings is rarely static. Companies grow and contract in size, change in structure and employ increasingly sophisticated communication and IT systems. Such changes may place different demands on the interior finishes in a working environment.
SAS are involved in projects throughout. Maintenance and changes in many buildings have to made quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. The After Sales resource provides a specialist repair, maintenance and alteration service for clients with SAS products installed within their buildings. This service has allowed many clients to extend the life and make better use of existing installations, accommodating the changing needs of the building user. Virtually any SAS component can be identified ordered and replaced be it a single product or a more extensive system.
This service facility is becoming an important client consideration as the UK market adapts to shorter leases and the exercise of lease break clauses due to ever changing space requirements.
SAS can provide both a materials and an installation service for dilapidations, related minor works (in periods as short as fourteen days) and prior to lease expiry dates provide a dilapidations review of ceilings and associated ceiling works.
