Technical Data Sheet CONCREX™ FINE FILLER Concrete Repair Filler DESCRIPTION AND USES An easy to use paste for repairing minor imperfections in floors before painting. Concrex™ Fine Filler is a two component epoxy resin paste for filling small gaps, cracks and holes in concrete and masonry. It is ideal for repairing minor imperfections in floors or vertical surfaces before painting. It is quick and easy to use, with no odor, and is extremely strong once cured. Concrex™ Fine Filler is economical to use as you mix only as much as you need. It will not shrink as it cures, and the finished repair is chemical resistant. The finished repair can be painted with any coating or it can be left as a wearing surface. No primer is necessary and it can be used for repairs with a very fine edge (feather edging). SURFACE PREPARATION Surfaces must be sound, clean and free from dust, oil, grease or other contaminants. Some surface dampness can be tolerated, but surfaces should not be wet. Using the plastic scraper provided, press the mixed components into the repair and smooth off the surface. Any spillages should be scraped away or wiped off with a dry cloth, and can be cleaned with mineral spirits. The finished repair may be filed, sawn or drilled – take care not to inhale the dust from these operations. Finished, hardened repairs may be painted after 12 hours/overnight curing and light sanding....
