FIREPROOF SOLUTIONS Reynaers Aluminium offers a complete range of reproof solutions, compliant with European standards. This range includes the reproof curtain wall system (CW 50-FP) and an innovative reproof door and xed window solution based on the system CS 77. All these solutions can used in combination with all other Reynaers products. The Reynaers reproof systems are suitable to sub-divide buildings into various reproof sections. These sections are interconnected by reproof escape routes and re exits. These subdivisions offer an increased level of security for the building users and buildings in close proximity but also give the building a higher value. Reynaers reproof provide: • escape routes for minimal 30 or 60 minutes to ensure safe evacuation for all people inside the building • limited temperature increase for minimal 30 or 60 minutes, protecting people on the other side of the re • a 30 or 60 minutes re proof time span before the re spreads in-or outside the building • protecton against burning buildings in close proximity to it

CS 77-FP The CS 77-FP EI30 and EI60 is an extension of the existing CS 77 proles and accessories for doors and xed windows and was tested in an optimized European test and approval program, with various types of reproof glass. The reproong time span is achieved by inserting a special cooling material into the prole chambers, by using self-adhesive and water-resistant swelling gaskets and by integrating special glazing clips to keep the glass in position. EI60 Approved congurations CW 50-FP CW 50-FP EI30 offers a 30 minutes reproong time span which is obtained by inserting steel tubes in the mullions and by using re resistant swelling gaskets. With CW 50-FP EI60 the time factor extends from 30 to 60 minutes by adding a minimal cooling agent.
