Planning hints

rational worktops are made from 3-layer high quality particle board (E1). Manufacture is environmentally-friendly and in compliance with statutory regulations (Germany). The surfaces are covered with hard-wearing and easy-to-clean laminates (HPL) in accordance with the requirements of the European Standard EN 438-T1 for kitchen supplier work surfaces. All surfaces are coated.

On installation, connections (joints) of worktops must be maintained dry and free from water. This applies particularly to the damp area (sink and cooker). Cleaning products which scratch and have an abrasive effect, in addition to solvents (nitro type) must not be used.

Despite the high quality of the worktops,

hot pots or pans must not be placed directly onto the worktops without a heatproof board, etc. Cutting should not be conducted directly on the worktops, but chopping board should be used.

No guarantee is undertaken for solid wood edges (dry cracks, wear); Variations in colour between acrylic, solid wood and laminate decors 'are possible and must be tolerated.
