General sales conditions

Orders:

We kindly ask written orders to be forwarded by fax, e-mail or ordinary post

Prices:

The prices indicated do not included V A T .The quotations can be changed without notice.The agree discount cannotbe applied to the transport cost.

Transport:

The goods are considered ex works, shipped on risk and danger of the importer.The transport cost are separetely issued in the invoice (on request)

Delivery:

The delivery terms are indicative.Possible delays or failed deliveries due to unpredictable reasons cannot imply any reimbursement if not agreed in writing and accepted.

Returns:

Must be previously authorized in our sales department and will be accepted only for faulty goods or for damage causedduring the transport, and only if indicated on arrival on the delivery documents with the statement "good accepted with the reserve of checking due to damaged packaging"

Payment:

In case the payments indicated on the invoice is delayed,the interest will be applied according to the present Euribor Tax by +5%in addition to the other possible cost.

Complaints:

Possible faults of the goods must be forwarded within 8 days from the delivery.Any complaints will be referred to the Law Courts in Lecco.
