Pooligloo/Minigloo/CoverK www.pooligloo.com Technical characteristics of Pooligloo Arches: Pooligloo is made with the following materials: The arches form the structure that supports the enclosure. They are made of fibreglass reinforced with Polyester resin and emulsified with Polyurethane resin to prevent deterioration which can be caused by UVArays. Four pieces are connected to each other with stainless steel male/female connectors to form an arch, which is passed through the material to take the form of the arch and create a useful interior space. There is a simple video on our website which demonstrates how to assemble it. Material: Anchors: Highly-resistant polyester of 150 gr/m
2 , protected withpolyester resin and waterproofed with polyurethane resin. Being the apparently weakest part of the enclosure, it easily resists sun, rain, strong wind and snow. It is a synthetic fibre made by Bayer. This material is reinforced with polyester webbing andreinforcements of three-layers of material at certain securing points. Each part is carefully prepared. It can be washed in an industrial washing machine. This system allows the arches to be secured and the webbing of the enclosure material to be tensed. It is made with screws, struts, stainless steel 304 sheets and mechanised polyethylene. The new 2008 models, which shall appear on the marketsoon, are manufactured in Polyethylene/Polyamide using injection moulds, lightly mechanised, including stainless steel 304 bolts. These anchors are fitted into the ground and adhered with a double component resin. Once in the ground, the lid acts as a hook for the webbing and as a fastener when the cover is removed.
Anclajes frontales Varillas con conectores para formar losarcos. The new anchoring bases of the 2008models, are hidden at ground level. Side anchoring bases manufactured inreinforced Polyamide and stainless steel. 2
