| SwitchLinX™ IGMP Enabled Switches SwitchLinX is a family of IGMP (Internet Group Message Protocol) enabled, multicasting, non-blocking I0/I00Mbps Fast Ethernet switches designed specifically for handling the high demands of networked audio distribution products. Additional SwitchLinX modules can be employed to expand the network audio inputs. SwitchLinX supports Ethernet connections of up to 328 feet (I00 meters) and can be used as a network extender for longer distances. Choose between two I0/I00 models (SW324, a 24-port version and SW208, an 8-port version). The eight port SW208 also features a fiber optic connection for networking multiple buildings together. Multiple SwitchLinX devices can be cascaded for system scalability. A third I0/I00/I000 model is required for use with IP-Based Video distribution. The NetStreams SwitchLinX Gigabit Switch is a IGMP-enabled, Managed Gigabit Ethernet switch that provides the plug-and-play interface for StreamNet-enabled devices and products. It requires no configuration of the switch by the dealer. Native IP-Based sources, such as IPTV, can also be connected directly to the SwitchLinX switch for distribution over the DigiLinX network.
