Because of the properties of stainlesssteel, a Neo-Tile installation becomes a practical and functional environment. Thetile is easy to clean, and reduces bacterial buildup. The collection is available infour standard sizes and five finishes. Each 14-gage stainless steel tile is precisionlaser cut, with all edges de-burred for a clean finish. Custom size tiles are available.

Standard Installation Notes: The use of stainless steel tile application is an alternatively new concept. As with all quality projects, it is highly recom-mended to contract an experienced tile setter for your installation. (a) Installation surface must be solid and leveled entirely. A solid mortar
architectural bed or cementboard, as used for traditional tile installations, is recommended. (b) Once surface is prepared and ready for the tile, a tile-setters mastic compound adhesiveshould be used. (c) Pre-installation measurements are important to determine if special tile shapes and custom sizes are available. (d) Grouting of the jointsafter setting the tile is recommended. Use a non-sanded grout to avoid unwanted scratch marks and flaws to occur on the tile surfaces. Other precautions toprotect the tile surfaces may be required.

Cleaning Guidelines: Although stainless steel is considered to be a durable material,special cleaning and maintenance is required to help keep Neo-Tilelooking its best. To clean, use a hand dish washing liquid mixed with a soft-water solution, or use a mild soap with a soft-water solution, 3M Stainless SteelCleaner/Polish, white vinegar with soft water solution (for brightening, removing oil film, or hard-water deposits), or club soda and natural sponge.
