Fast opening Gallac AB (Sweden) is a company specialized in surface treatment like hot dip galvanizing, zinc spraying, painting and shotblasting. There are 2 Megadoors in the shotblasting shop, 2 in the painting shop, 2 in the galvanizing shop, 1 in the burning-off shop and 4 exterior architectural doors. The first doors were delivered in 1982. The others as the company expanded. In the shotblasting shop the lower section of the doors as well as the rustic walls are protected by rubber sheeting against direct impact from blasting media. In the burning-off and galvanizing shops the pres-ence of hydrochloric acid, ammonium hydroxide and ammonium chloride in the air, makes the envi- ronment corrosive.
