Lancers Adaptation cages ADAPTATION ON PREVIOUS HAMMERAND DISCUS CAGESIAAF 2004 NEW REGULATION For INTERNATIONAL competitions and new installations, The IAAF imposes newmodels of cages. However for standard competitions, adaptations on previouscages should be allowed. DISCUS Consists in extending each way out of the cage of 2m00, it is composed of:
- 2 sockets
- 2 articulated bases
- 2 galvanised design posts of 4m50 or 5m00- 2 nets of 40mm mesh and 4mm thread – GREEN polypropylene without knots. A2441
A2442 ADAPTATION N°2 : A2441 Consists in extending the cage of 2m80 on 10m20 height keeping pre-
vious posts of 7m00, netting should be then slantwise between posts of
7m00 and 10m20. It is composed of :
- 2 DOUBLE sockets
- 2 articulated bases
- 2 galvanised posts of 10m20
- 2 strengtheners for 10m20 posts
- 4 cross struts
- 2 front doors of 2m00 x 10m20
- 2 nets of 40mm mesh and 5mm thread - GREEN polypropylenewithout knots - Dimensions: 5M50 X 10M30- The set. ADAPTATION N°3 : A2442 Replacement of 2 mobile front doors by 2 new front doors of 9m20 x3m20.
It is composed of :
- 2 front doors of 9m20 x 10m20 with articulated base
- 2 strengthening posts for first posts
- 2 nets of 40mm mesh and 5mm thread - GREEN polypropylenewithout knots - Dimensions: 3m30 x 9m30- The set. CAUTION : These adaptations are imagined for MARTY SPORTS cages.For other cages than MARTY SPORTS we have to study if it is possible. 42 MARTY SPORTS
