MARTY SPORTS was the first brand inthe world to have hammer and discuscages to be certified according to thenew 2004 IAAF regulation.

Throwing cages

OUR CAGES are available in 2 different quali-ties with garden posts in :
- Galvanised steel 90 x 90 x 3mm- Aluminium natural finished Ø 120mm (excepted10m00 posts that are galvanised)
POSTSare fitted with :
- Pulleys and halyards to lift the net from theground.- Articulated bases PATENTED DEVICE in OPTION - Strengthening cross strutts, galvalised, adjusta-ble (only for hammer cages)- Our posts are already prepared to receive anouter net.
NETTINGis :
- Polypropylene of 40mm mesh with 8mmboarder.- GREEN colour - Diameter of the thread :• 5mm for hammer (It has to resist to330kg)• 4mm for discus ( I has to resist to270kg)- The net has thread for testing (as per IAAFrequirementsReminder: It is the smallest height of the netthat is up to regulation and not the height of the posts. Our cages are delivered with drawingsand instructions for installation.

MARTY INNOVATION In order to facilitate installation of hammer and discus cages, we have imagined and PATENTED an articulated device on the base of our posts. Then we are able to lift up the posts and contract doors more easely, without danger and without lifting device... - Aluminium discus cage : 1 person - Steel discus cage : 1 person - Steel or aluminium hammer cage :2 people for 7m00 posts4 people for 10m00 posts 2 people for 10m00 doors
