Dopo la realizzazione a Parigi del Museé d'Orsay (1980-86) e del nuovo allestimento del Musée National d'ArtModerne al Centre Pompidou (1982-85), ha curato la ristrutturazione di Palazzo Grassi a Venezia (1985-86). Apartire dagli anni ’90 ha progettato il nuovo accesso alla stazione S. Maria Novella a Firenze (1990), il Padiglione Italiano all'EXPO '92 di Siviglia, la nuova Galleria per Esposizioni Temporanee alla Triennale di Milano (1994), l’allestimento del nuovo percorso di visita del Castello Estense a Ferrara (2004) edella mostra “Arti & Architettura 1900-2000” al Palazzo Ducale di Genova (2004-2005). Si sono inugurati alla fine del 2004 il nuovo Asian Art Museum San Francisco e il Museo Nazionale d’Arte Catalana a Barcellona. Sono state inaugurate nel corso del 2005 la sede della Cancelleria dell’Ambasciata Italiana el’Istituto Italiano di Cultura a Tokio, oltre al Palavela di Torino per i Giochi Olimpici Invernali 2006. Sono in corso la progettazione del nuovo lungolago di Meina (Novara), una nuova sede direzionale a Rimini e l’ampliamento di due centrali di termoutilizzazione di rifiuti solidi urbani in provincia di Rimini e Forlì,il progetto di una nuova unità di vinificazionenella Tenuta Campo di Sasso a Bibbona(Livorno) ed il progetto di ampliamentodell’Aereoporto di Perugia. Zurzeit befinden sich folgende Projekte in der Ausarbeitung: Die Planung der neuen Seepromenade Meina (Novara); ein neues Direktionszentrum in Rimini und die Erweiterung zweier Thermokraftwerke für Müllentsorgung inder Provinz Rimini und Forli; eine neueProduktionseinheit für die Weinherstellung auf dem Weingut Tenuta Campo di Sasso in Bibbona (Livorno) und das Erweiterungsprojekt desFlughafens von Perugia.
