Once an order is placed, our Contracts team will plan the installation and regularlykeep in touch with customers to monitor progress against agreed timescales.Our area-based Project Managers then provide customers with a single point ofcontact for subsequent matters: delivery, installation, commissioning, and on-going service requirements.Our installation teams are vastly experienced on both lifts and escalators. Healthand Safety is paramount, and our site-based engineers have all been certified under relevant safety regulations.

Efficient Service Network

LTR employs its own team of service engineers, trained on both lifts and escalators.
