Manufacture and reference: Levolux box louvre solar shading system supplied and installed by Levolux Limited Description: Extruded single piece aluminium louvre blade. Blade pitch and angle: Varies to suit project specific Material: System manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy / anodised AA25 / mill finish / PVDF. Dimensions: As shown on drawings. Typical span between support arms dependant upon loading requirements. Bespoke contract specific side support arm profiles and blade orientations are available to client specification. Fixing: To subcontractor's details. A wide range of stainless steel, galvanised steel or aluminium fixing brackets are available for different fixing grounds, including a thermally broken curtain walling bracket. Spans can be increased but please contact Levolux to discuss. Typical spans are based upon 1/150 deflection with 900N/m2 live wind loading. This represents a selection of our standard sections.
