11 Kontio Aspen A Impressive Kontio Aspen is a split level house with the efficient layout scheme. In the A model, the main entrance is located on the upper hillside where there is also a cold store for outdoor equipment. In the B model, the main entrance is on the lower hillside, in the basement. In both variations, the basement includes a sauna department, bedrooms and warm storage space. The lounge area, the kitchen and more bedrooms are located on the first floor.
