Detergent metering system for floor cleaningDOSE – the new way of metering Reliable and precise

Detergent Hose pump
for adding detergent Separate detergent tanks Method used up to now Precise metering (0.5-3%) Water pumpBrush headFlow sensor If you clean medium to large floor areas every day you’ll probably know the problem: • Once you have started cleaning, it is difficult to change the detergent and its solution strength to suit varying degrees of soiling.• The tank has to be completely emptied before it can be filled with a different detergent.• When cleaning is finished it is also necessary to drain the fresh water tank completely in order to avoid contamination and unpleasant odours.• Initially, the dosage is normally selected to suit the dirtiest areas, which means that it is often higher than you really want it to be.• Unintentional overdosing is usually due to guesstimates. Thanks to DOSE , detergent is added continuously from a sepa-rate bottle, just before the cleaning solution reaches the floor. • No manual filling or topping up – insert the bottle, close the cap and you are ready to go.• No over-dosing, so costs are reduced.• 2.5-litre bottles or 10-litre canisters are available to suit the size of the floor maintenance machine.• Dosage can be set precisely on the display (0.5-3%).• Dosage can be varied at any time during cleaning to suit degree of soiling.• Simple and quick changeover from one detergent to another without having to drain the tank.• No risk of contaminating the tank or your machine. • The water flow rate is controlled by means of a sensor.• Detergent concentration depends on the water flow rate and is therefore always exactly the same.• Detergent is added to the water only just before it reaches the brush head.• Up to that point there is no contact between the tank and the machine and the acid, alkaline or neutral cleaning solutions, which helps protect machine components. RESULT: inflexible – inefficient – expensive RESULT: simple – flexible – economical
