Steam or HTHW-to-Steam Humidifier The Neptronic SKS produces pure stթrile steam using the heat from raw boiler steam or high temperature liquid. It can deliver up to 600kg/hr of steam to a duct with no carry-over of impure boiler steam. The humidifier's heat exchanger can use steam, water or oil as a power source and the input water can be mains, RO or DI. The Neptronic SKS has been designed to make maintenance simple with an innovative scale management system. The limescale that falls from the heating elements is directed into removable "scale trap trays". Easy access from the top of the unit enables these trays to be emptied quickly and easily. A patented AFEC (Anti-Foaming Energy Conservation) system ensures a consistent water level within the humidifier and prevents unnecessary drain and flush cycles, saving energy and water.
