The art of progress, one could say, lies in find- ing convincing arguments to questions that previ- ously hadn't been asked. This is how solutions are created that prove the conventional logic wrong. For example a headrest that moves forward when the sitter leans back, or armrests that can be piv- oted 180 degrees.
