FONDOPAC EXTRA Sandable matt undercoat 14/04/16 Description and use FONDOPAC EXTRA is a one-component filling primer, easy to sand and recommended for wood preparation before painting with synthetic enamels; it can also be applied on masonry walls and faesite. Technical data Colour : white Binder : alkyd resin Dry film appearance : matt Specific gravity : 1.71 kg/l (  0.02) Viscosity : 50  60 seconds ISO-DIN Cup  8 Practical cover rate : 5  6 m²/l per two coats. Storage life : 24 months in original sealed container.  The cover rate is calculated on the suggested thickness and applied on plane and regular surfaces. NB: Data recorded @ 20°C (68°F) The product is compliant with Directive 2004/42/CE-IIA(d) maximum VOC limit value: 300 g/l (2010) Application note Substrate preparation Surface to be treated must be clean and without oil or grease stains. Product preparation Stir well to achieve even colour and consistency. Application method - brush - roller max. 5% with ACQUARAGIA (White Spirit) code 1602. Recommened thickness 60 ÷ 70 µm dry film, applying two coats. Dust free Touch dry NOTE: High environment humidity and excessive thickness may delay hardening of the applied film.
