For Quick and Effi cient Loading and Unloading
HTL-2 type with telescopic lip
The Hörmann HTL-2 dock leveller with telescopic lip is
characterized by a choice of reach: 500 or 1000 mm.
Continuous extension of the telescopic lip, which can be
positioned with centimetre precision, allows maximum use of the
loading platform. This is particularly important where vehicles are
loaded right to the very back and therefore present a minimum
loading deck. When loading deep-frozen products, an extension
of 1000 mm is recommended. Particularly if the dock leveller is
installed behind the warehouse door, e.g. in the DOBO System,
the long telescopic lip offers ample bridging and bearing options.
It is also the right choice for side loading.
Key benefi ts
The telescopic lip can be extended as well as retracted with
absolute accuracy via separate control buttons. On completing
the loading procedure, a single impulse is all it takes and the dock
leveller automatically travels back to the starting position.

insulation, Hörmann telescopic
dock levellers are designed to
also be installed behind the
door. A telescopic lip with a
1000 mm reach offers ample
bridging and bearing options.
