The VKHvolume controllers ensure a constant air flow
volume over a wide range of
pressures, the easy, low costsolution for system balancing.Made from flame retardent
polymers, class A1 (DIN 4102). Simple for the system designer. The guiding cylinder is responsible for the movement of
the flap and controls therefore
the relation between pressureand air flow volume to give thedesign volume flow.
Intake Operation Simply insert the volume controller in the duct or duct
components, either supply or
extract. The VKH gives the preset air volume over a differential pressure range of approx. 50–200 Pa. Advantages Easy to install.

1 x D Installation A choice of air flows are availablefor each diameter of VKH givingthe designer more flexibility. Automatic adjustment to giveconstant air flow volume over a wide pressure range. Simple insertion in verticalor horizontal ducts matching duct diameter. Fitted in seconds with no special tool or training. The direction shown for the airflow must be observed.
Extract Function Perfect fitting and tightness is ensured because of textile sealing strip. At the minimum pressure accross the unit the air flow is regulated to the designed volume. Reducing or remaining the balancing of the system for fast commisioning. With increased pressure accrossthe unit the flap compensatesand keeps the volume constantat the designed volume.
