| The blind structure is bolted to the continuous L-shaped steel profiles which have been previously positioned on the perimetric outline of the slabs, on Halfen bar crops (as an alternative.anchoring can be obtained by using plugs). The Halfens should have dimensions suitable to support all the working loads bearing down on the facade. Thanks to the cross slot system, present on all components, precise alignments can be obtained based on the X Y Z positions. Laying of the vertical rods is easy and effective. Specifically, the system allows for thermal dilations without creating any induced tensions. The perfect flatness and alignment of the facade is also ensured by the slots situated on the secondary vertical rods which enable a further adjustment of possible out of plumb. The wall frames and the window and door intrados can be connected to the secondary vertical rods. The finishing metal elements at the bottom and top of the ventilated facade, such as flashings and drips, must not interfere with the air ascensional motion. It is advisable to install an anti-intrusion net for insects and birds at the base of the ventilation interspace. The ribbed sheets and the eventually required preassembled cells may be produced directly on site or at our factory, based on the quantities required and the type of construction site. The laying speed enables water proofing of the building in just a few working days, making it possible to start the finishing internal works such as floors, coatings, false ceilings, installations, etc... way ahead even under most unfavourable weather conditions. |
