The “Palas“ and the transmitting tower were cladwith wire cloth elements of EGLA-TWIN 4253, which trace the volumeof the structure and emphasize thecharacter of the masonry in a mo dernway. This project comprised theinstallation by a Haver & BoeckerTeam and the development of suita- ble mounting techniques. TUNNEL, FELLBACH(GERMANY)
The ramps of the tunnel are cladwith sound absorbing stainless steelmesh panels, its texture reflectsshimmering light. Elements made from EGLA-MONO 4211 have beenspecially woven to counter thedemanding environmental effectsoftraffic. An especially attractive syn- thesis of ambitious aesthetics andrequired functionality.
