Immediately after awarding the orderto Haver & Boecker, production pre-parations begin. The exact dimen-sions of the elements are confirmed and detailed manufacturing drawingsare then created. Using advancedmanufacturing, raw material andmachinery resource scheduling, the required production planning is fina-lized. The next step is the set-up of themachines. A crucial process, which,along with state-of-the art technolo-gy and machines, requires highly skilled and experienced staff.In-house engineering and machineconstruction ensure that the weavingequipment used meets or exceedsthe highest standards. Production capabilities encompass all weavable alloys with a wide selection of many different types of wire cloth specificto your needs. In combination with our large on-hand inventory of wire cloth specifi-cations, we can offer an especiallyeconomic and efficient job turna- round. While production is ongoing,the first ready-to-install panels are fabricated and cleaned with our spe-cially developed ultrasonic system.To achieve special visual effects, thesurface of the wire cloth can be designed to be glossy, matt or colou-red.
