Wire Weaving Division - Product Range
The use of the latest production tech­nology and equipment, as well as a sophisticated quality control, guaran­tees the most suitable Haver Wire Cloth for any application.
We weave using wires as thick as 16 mm (0.63") diameter down to those of only 0.016 mm (16 microns) diameter.
Steel: bright, galvanized, tinned, lac­quered, plastic coated. Stainless Steel: chromium steel, nickel chromium steel, nickel chromi­um molybdenum steel, heat resisting steel.
Non-ferrous-metals: aluminium, nickel, MONEL-metal, phosphor bronze, brass, copper. Special materials: titanium, hastel­loy, silver and many others. Plastics: polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene.
Woven Wire Cloth "as woven" is manufactured according to ISO 9044 and corresponds to the user's demands. In some cases it may be necessary to make specific arrange­ments to satisfy our customers' requi­rements.
Wire Screens
State-of-the-art machinery and a team of qualified experts manufacture wire cloth and wire cloth products suitable for all applications.
Standard rolls, roll sections, cut-to-size pieces, strips, discs, fabricated parts, filter candles, -discs, -cones, -plates, aeration pads, round sieves, air conveying troughs, extruder scre­ens, test sieves and many others are produced using the following proces­ses:
Quality control
cutting, cutting into lengths, stret­ching, calendering, heat-treating, sin­tering, cleaning, welding, soldering, pleating, punching, stamping, com­pressing, forming, lacquering, coa­ting and many others.
