Skirting boards and stairs
The meticulous production process for a Hain natural wooden
floor begins with sawing the wood. Our expertly trained employees
evaluate and sort the wood even at this stage. We ensure
that the wood for your Hain natural wood floor comes from
sustainable forestry stocks. The wood is pre-dried, then the top
layers are cut as carefully as possible at low speeds to conserve
resources and ensure that the fibres of the wood are not damaged.
The top layers are then dried for around 5-21 days to the humidity
they require in use. After this stage of production, the
wood again undergoes a quality check. Bonding of the layers to
make planks takes place in a 3-layer construction (top layer up to
approx. 4 mm).
To prevent a tongues splintering, plywood is used on the top.
This guarantees high stability and durability for
