Easy and fast assembly

Wide height adjustment range: 0^0.157 in (0---4 mm)

The height adjustment system comprises a small plate (2 fitted on the wing, connected to the wing hinge body. The wing is raised by adjusting the grub-screw m inside the plate, using a 4 mm Allen key.

This is particularly useful when adjusting heavy doors supplier. Wide side adjustment range: ± 0.039 in (± 1 mm)

The side adjustment range of FLASH XXL enables a 0.039 in + 0.087 in (1 mm + 2,2 mm) adjustment. The side adjustment is made regulating the eccentric bushing using the special key 03259N

In order to increase the side adjustment, FLASH XXL is equipped with a special plate (preload), that if replaces the standard fixing plate in the position of the bottom wing hinge, forces the inclination of the door in direction opposite to the natural wing fall.

The door is subjected to 200.000 opening and closing cycles with a load of 352 lb (160 kg) at the end of which the hinges deformations must be included in the preset range. The door is then subjected to 5 opening and closing cycles with a load of 1058 lb (480 kg) at the end of which the hinge must

The door is subjected to a load of 705 lb (320 kg). After 20 opening-closing cycles the values of the hinge shifting from a fixed reference point are measured. The starting weigh of 352 lb (160 kg) is loaded on the wing and the residual strain values are measured.

The door is subjected to a load of 1058 lb (480 kg).

At the end of the test the hinge must show no modern sign of alteration.

Customization

FLASH XXL is complete with covers (frame MX and wing FM) in extruded aluminium that can be painted according tothecustomer'sneeds.

The MX cover (4) is fastened with a grub-screw"^ , which also design locks the pin in place, while the FM cover (6) is held in place bythe upper plug #7 .

The upper plug is designed so that it is never eccentric to the extruded part even after side adjustment.

Apply the cover after installation, thus avoiding the damaging of the components at sight during the assembly, transport and installation.
