NERA TEX is recommended for light commercial use (appartments, hotel rooms, offices, housing... )

NERA TEX PLUS is suitable for commercial use with medium to heavy traffic in

retirement homes, offices, shops.

Quick and easy installation

• Loose lay installation for all rooms < 25 sqm.

• Simple edge finishing with double sided tape or adhesive.

• Multiple widths for fewer joints.

• Robust construction to resist tearing.

STANDARD RESILIENT FLOOR

Ideal for renovation

• Can hide subfloor irregularities up to 1mm.

• Can be installed directly over existing flooring*:

- Can overcome gaps between floorboard joints

up to 3mm.

- Can overcome grouting grooves of up to 5mm x 1mm depth.

- Can be immediately trafficked.

• Loose lay installation over existing flooring is not recommended for over foam backed products which may suffer from indentation.
