The practical Gastronorm inserts are suitable for steam cooking, and the core temperature probe ensures that meat, fish and pastries or pies are cooked to perfection. The baking stone transforms the oven into a professional brick oven. A separate heating element heats it to temperatures of up to 300 °C. Ideal for “tarte flambée”, pizza and bread. The fully automatic espresso machine with a personalisation function makes it possible to save up to eight individual beverages under a user-defined name.
