INTRODUCTION
HEXDALLE >
® tiles are made of rubber and polyurethane binding agent. They are moulded at the plant in a single operation. A raised pattern on the underside allows water to drain away. On the top side of the tiles the angles are rounded to avoid chamfers that would result in sharp edges and rapid wear. >
I. CHARACTERISTICS OF HEXDALLE
® TILES
HEXDALLE >
® tiles comply with the by-law requiring the use of shock-absorbing floor coverings in accordance with NF EN 1177 European standards. All HEXDALLE >
® tiles are of exactly the same quality. As they are industrially manufactured, the H.I.C of all of our tiles is guaranteed. HEXDALLE >
® XE tiles of a thickness of 10, 20, 30 and 40mm are rated M 3 for fire resistance and are suitable for indoor use. >
II. DIMENSIONS
Square tiles of 500 x 500mm and 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 or 80mm thick. The thickness of the tile will be chosen according to the height of fall of the play equipment (Cf. Look-up
contract table: Thickness/HIC - Free Fall Distance FFD). Bevelled edges (500 x 250mm) and angles (250 x 250mm) on the edge of the tiled surface avoid having a “step”. >
